Hi there!  I'm back playing with another fabulous Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge.   I had so much fun creating today's card.  I FINALLY inked up this adorable Pure Innocence image from MFT - Pretty Pumpkin.  I kept pretty true to the sketch.  Go me!  LOL!

 

I used many Copics to color my image.  Here's s snap shot of them all.  If you have any questions as to which colors were used on what, just leave me a comment.  I'd love to hear from you!

Hi there everyone!  I hope you missed me a little.  I took a much needed break from everything.  I think I really need is a vacation.  I was watching the movie yesterday, What about Bob?  Anyone else see that one?  It's pretty funny.  Well Bob got a prescription to take a vacation from his problems.  I need one of those too.  Cause let's face it no matter what they'll always be there.  LOL!

 

When in doubt I always find a pink & black color combo the perfect way to start any project.   Patterned paper is from Doodlebug Designs.  I had a stash of some fun shaped chipboard in one of my drawers.  I couldn't resist coloring this pair of scissors with a metallic silver pen and black glaze.

SSSC273 - I've Met My Match

Game, Set, Match!  ♥  Happy weekend everyone!! I hope you are all enjoying it.  I've already spent some of my time stamping so you know it's been a good weekend!  LOL!

 

Don't you just love this image?  Sadly it's a retired MFT image and even sadder is the fact that this is the first time it's seen ink!  Gasp!  I know, I know.  I'm seriously hanging my head in shame over here.  I wanted to go for something really different and I think I succeeded in getting the look I was going for.  I hope you like it too.

It's a Catnip Kind of Day - SSSC272

Hi there everyone!   I hope today's post finds you all refreshed and relaxed.  I'm still in a bit of denial that the school year is over.  I mean seriously is it just me or did it just fly by in the blink of an eye?  It reminds me of something a friend said to me at my baby shower almost 13 years ago.... she said once you have kids it's like time just speeds up.  She was right!

 

 

I decided to be a rebel and flip the sketch this week.  Yeah I know I'm living on the edge these days!  I decided play with a few of my new MFT goodies - like Blueprints#20 and BG Paw Print Background.  Since my ink colors are limited I used my trusty Versamark to match up against the card stock.

SSS267 - Rock Star

Hey there party people!  I hope today's post finds you enjoying your weekend.  I'm back today playing with a totally tubular sketch.  Like oh my gawd! 

 

I'm using this fantastic (and retired) image from the Al a Modes collection from MFT - called Rock Star.  I "borrowed" this awesome patterned paper from my DD. I believe it's from Reminisce.  I used a star punch (yes I still have those!) and created 3 stars.  For the show stopper I used mirrored paper.  It looks fantastic in real life.  ;-)

It's a Catnip Kind of Day - SSSC265

Happy weekend!  Time for some crafty fun with another new Sweet Sunday Sketch!  I've been *dying* to play with my beloved I Knead You stamps from MFT.

 

I used a piece of patterned paper from Taylored Expressions Build-a-Scene paper pack.  I love how the red brick pops from the black card stock.  I didn't have a window die so I improvised by using TE's instant photo frame to create the same effect.  I think I pulled it off okay.  :)

I Love Mew - SSSC262

 

As you can image I was in feline heaven when I saw this adorable set released recently from MFT.  This new set from Birdie Brown - I Knead You is too cute to pass up.  This is just one of my favorite images from the set.

 

I used some natural card stock, also from MFT.  Love this as an alternative to kraft. I forced myself to part with this adorable paw print paper from my Doodlebug Designs stash.  I have been hoarding it for several years, but was more than willing to part with it for my kitty card.
