Spring Fever with Taylored Expressions

 

 

Spring fever is in the air (sorry my east coast friends!) in these parts. And  I don't just mean the beginning of baseball season either.  LOL!   I am talking about the fabulous February release from Taylored Expressions!

 

I was SUPER excited to when I received this ADORABLE You've Got Mail -Spring image with my design team goodies.  It was the first thing I inked up.  I had so much fun coloring this baby up too.  My highlights were done with pearlescent chalks.  I love how it looks in real life.

 

For my next card, I used one of the characters from Somebunny Loves You set.  I was slightly obsessed with the new dotted lattice embossing folder.  LOVE how gorgeous this is.

 

I created the cloud background by sponging around a cloud die cut with some Memento Sky ink.  It's so easy to do and the results are fantastic.  I hope you've enjoyed my nod to spring fever.

SSSC255 - Little Peeps Heart

 

Hello everyone!   Thanks for stopping by today.  I hope your weekend is going well. It's been a L*O*N*G week for me as I returned to the office for work after my week working from home.  It was physically exhausting getting around with my foot the way it is, but not impossible. 

Still playing with my Stamping Bella images.  This cutie is Little Peeps Heart.  I just LOVE how cute this little peep is holding the big heart.  I drizzled it with diamond Stickles.  It's hard to see in this picture, but it looks really good in person.  I didn't have a speech bubble, so as you can see I improvised with a floating heart.

Taylored Expressions - February Release!

Good Morning Crafty Friends!  It's release day over at Taylored Expressions.  It's starting to feel a lot like spring and we have several new stamps, dies and papers that you will want to pick up to catch this spring fever!

In case you haven't checked out the new release yet, ALL of the products are available now in the store.  Click >> here <<!   For today's project I used the new You've Been Framed - Spring to create my adorable 3 x 3 cards.  I used Taylor's scalloped notecard die to crank these out in a snap.

 

I'm absolutely in love with the new matched card stock colors released this month - Plum Punch, Potato Chip and Sprinkles.  And let's not forget the fabulous For Peeps Sake patterned paper.  Swoon!!!

SSSC254 - Happy Easter

Hello everyone!   Thanks for stopping by today.  Well I made it through my week of being immobile.  I'm definitely on the road to recovery from my foot surgery. It was strange (at first) having my husband and daughter wait on me, but I could get used to that change very quickly!  LOL!

I finally inked up this image I had picked up ages ago.  It's from Stamping Bella - Row of Eggs with Bunny.  I don't even think it's available anymore.  I just loved it so much I just had to have it.  I used chalks for my sky.  I love how soft it looks.
