Good morning and happy Monday peeps! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. As usual, mine went by in a blink. I had the honor of helping Weight Watchers celebrate the mark of their 50th year Saturday by sharing my weight loss journey with fellow members. I was a nervous wreck prior to speaking and afterward, I was able to speak to some amazing people and hear about their journeys. In case you are scratching your head at this... read this post about my success with Weight Watchers. **blush**
A quick shout out to my fabulous leader, Melanie... THANK YOU for having me at the celebration.
Today I will be sharing another card I created using the January Key Ingredients kit from Taylored Expressions. I challenged myself to use the same stamp set for all my samples. It was easier than I thought once I put my pedal to the metal. Using Bonjour Couture and it's coordinating die, I created an entirely different look for my second card. And if you take a closer look you will once again see -- NO COLORING!
I started with choice snow white for my base and layered it with some Bazzill guacamole. I love the shade of this green. The dress forms were stamped with Memento Rich Cocoa and London Fog, then sponged with my favorite Antique Linen Distress Ink. I wanted to play up the flowers in the printed paper so I looked at my dies and pulled out Petal Pop Ups 2.
Here's another peak at all of the goodies in this month's kit!

Being a long time seamstress, I really love cards that feature dressmaker forms. And I love them even more when the images are antique or whimsical forms. This is marvelous, Tracy! Love your paper choices and you did such a great job with the colors. :-D
