Happy Sketchy Thursday peeps!!! I still can't believe it's the first Thursday of APRIL?! This year is going by much too fast. Before you know it the kiddos will be out of school for the summer.
I wanted to thank everyone for the well wishes. I am 99% better from my nasty cold. Just a little nagging cough that is still lingering. I'm just grateful that my head doesn't feel like I'm in a fog all day. And as for my little man Harley, he is hanging in there too. I had a long talk with our vet about him and we decided that because his quality of life is still so good (90%) about 10% not so good, we are just going to take it day by day. His "episodes" are not frequent enough for me to consider any drastic measures at this time. I love my little guy and he is a happy camper for now. I was also able to confirm with the doctor that he is NOT in any pain, and from what he can tell Harley is unaware of the TIA's when they have happened.
So please continue to send Harley your love & prayers!!
Now are you guys ready to see who our featured Sketch Artist is? Yea, me too! Ladies please join me in congratulating.....
CONNIE
I will admit as soon as I clicked on the link to Connie's card and saw this baby (which happens to resemble my Harley) on the other end I let out a huge gasp of excitement! Yes you all know how much I love kitties! I actually love them more then my stamps. Yes I really did just say/type that! LOL! I mean seriously you don't have to be a cat lover to love this card. It's just too darn cute. Her choice of black cardstock for her base just makes every ounce of color POP! And how about her mad coloring skills!?! Soooo love it. Usually I'm drawn to how the sketch is interpreted, but in Connie's case I'm 100% drawn to all of the elements of the card. Fantastic job Connie!! Please be sure to hop on over to her blog, Grammy's Attic, and leave her some love & congrats!
Remember I'll choose the most clever, creative, and cute creation from the submissions this week to be the next Sketch Artist. Your design will also be featured on my blog next week!
You have until next Wed. 4/13 to play along. When uploading to SCS and PCP or or your blog please use keyword ESS125 for the challenge.
Have a fantastic day!!
Oh Connie, how absolutely adorable. Great job! AND, great new sketch, Tracy. I'll be back with a card soon.

Thanks for yet another great sketch! I use circles all the time, but this time I didn't, typical isn't it? Love Connies card too, so fresh looking. Glad that wellness has returned to your home, Dee
