My first day on the new job went well. Isn't there some rule that they have to be nice to you on the first day? 
I have to admit though I truly missed my little one. I actually cried yesterday morning as I was getting her ready for school. You would've thought it was the first time I'd ever been away from her.
Today's card is appropriate to how I'm feeling. I keep reminding myself everything will be okay.
Yes another Pure Innocence image. This cutie is called My Umbrella. Michele H. inspired me to use this image as well as my new My Mind's Eye Quite Contrary paper. Notice anything else new? I splurged and picked up the new Spellbinders Big Scalloped Borderabilities® Petite at my LSS on sale!
I added some diamond glaze (my new favorite thing) to her raincoat and boots. Obviously a little too much cause it ended up cracking when it dried. 
Oh well. I paper pieced the umbrella and added some Stickles because everything is better when it's glittered, right?

adorable, tracy! puh-lease don't make me get the spellbinfers scallop, too! your cards are killin' my wallet, lol! do not worry about the GA cracking...just addds to the uniqueness of the card! i am glad you had a good 1st day at work, and i think it is so sweet of your tears....just means you care! tfs and talk to you soon!!
