Hi gang!
Getting this one in under the wire. As you can see I survived grandma duty yesterday. In all honesty it was really fun. They were all good and DH was also home so that helped. Both of my grandons are really good eaters so it was nice change from my picky DD. I hope she grows out of her pickiness. On to my card for you today.
This week's hostess with the mostess is Susan Liles. If you haven't been by her blog Susie Stamp A Lot you HAVE to check it out. Susan is so incredibly talented. Susan has a yummy color challenge that I just had to try. I do love this color combo, but it's a little brighter than I'm used to. Hence the challenge!
Here's what I came up with. What do you think? I just love this snail image. I have't had a chance to ink it up until now. This image can be found in the Hearts & Flowers set and the sentiment is from the Spring Fling set.
Deets:
Images: TCP Hearts & Flowers & Spring Fling clear sets
Ink: Colorbox black pigment heat set
Paper: SU!, Bazzil, PTI, PP by Bella Blvd.
Other: Cuttlebug Dots embossing folder, Copics, stickles, dimensionals, prima flower from stash, twinkle sticker by A Muse, black multi liner pen.
Well ladies that's all I have for this evening. I have to scoot and get some things ready for the Easter Egg hunt tomorrow. It should be fun. I love watching the kids excitement!
Have a wonderful evening!
Super cute card! I love the images you used for this! Perfect for the color combo! Your coloring is awesome and I just love all the outlining.
