Linda's 'DA BOMB!

Good morning & Happy Monday all you addicts!  Are you all dying to get the "scoop" on how FAB my day was yesterday?  Would you kill me if I told you I forgot my camera?  JUST KIDDING! I think I actually went to sleep with it just so I wouldn't miss a photo opp with Linda!!!  =)

I was so lucky to be able to get away yesterday with fellow A Muse Addict, Michele Huey.  {Hi Michele!  Thanks again for driving & getting up at the crack of dawn to leave!!}

Here we are at The Paper Garden!  Stephanie, owner and this month's guest designer is great.  And The Paper Garden is SMOKIN'!!!  Stephanie has it jam packed with the latest & greatest stamps, note cards, punches, embellishments, ink, Copic markers and one of a kind gifts that scream - "I HAVE TO HAVE THIS!!"  Just look at all that stuff behind us!!  And it's not as if an addict, such as myself needed any help in shopping.  Michele & I did a pretty good job of keeping each other in check.  But still managed to make a serious dent in the ol' checkbook.   Stephanie has the store organized so well.  The rows of stamps are organized by theme.  You could seriously spend ALL day there browsing at all of the wonderful stamps.  And if you just wanted to hang out.  She has an amazing art bar that you could work at.

There I am with Linda!!!!  SHRIEK!!!  I was like a kid on Christmas morning when I saw her.  Needless to say her classes were phenomenal.  Linda is as AMAZING as I thought she would be.  Upbeat and incredibly sweet.  I feel so fortunate to have been able to meet her AND taken classes with her.

This is Linda's mom (in the green shirt) helping out during the class.  Isn't she THE CUTEST?  There is Linda behind the huge counter teaching us all her about her favorites.  Look at the wall behind her.  Do you see all the yummy ribbon?  Michele almost had to pinch me.  I was having flash backs from the recent ribbon share.  ROFLOL!!!  And guess what else was in the store?  Stephanie had 2 of my cards CASED!!  I just about died.  You know I had to make sure Michele saw it because one of them was one I made her for her birthday!!

See this happy guy?  This is Ken, Stephanie's husband.  He was trying to escape my shot here.  He was our token male eye candy for the afternoon.  =) {Hi Ken!}  Ken also took some great pics that will be up on Stephanie's blog later.  He was such a good sport, even though he called me "hard core" just because I had on my A Muse T-Shirt.  Linda came to my rescue though and said, "well have you ever heard for A Muse Addicts.com?!"  I just about died!  Thanks Linda!  Michele & I also met some more local gals and invited them to join the addicts.  I hope to see them there soon.

I still have to take pictures of the YUMMY cards we did with Linda AND of all the goodies I bought.  Stephanie had some new things from  A Muse that haven't even been released yet!  Are you dying?!  Hee-Hee.  I'm wicked, I know.  I will leave you with one more picture.  Okay, two more pictures.  This was our visual sample of one of the cards we made during our Think Simple class.......

Wow! You lucky lucky girl! I bet you were like a kid in a candy store. It looks like you had a blast! Wish I could have been there...I'm jealous too! LOL! What GREAT pictures!!! Please post more! I am soooooo jealous! The store looks like heaven!! Michele looks like such a sweetheart! The classes sounded great!
