Happy Friday!! I'm doing the happy dance because it's time for another fabulous sketch from Taylor. This weeks sketch was designed by our very own Baker's Dozen Design Team Member, Sankari Wegman. Doesn't this baby get the ol creative juices flowing? Okay, okay. I'll be honest, I was intimated when I first saw it. But rather than freak out (my usual M.O.), I decided I would embrace the fear. After all they are called challenges for a reason!!
I closed my eyes and envisioned these squares as clouds floating in the sky. Light bulb! I immediately reached for my favorite new TE set - Sky's the Limit (and coordinating dies). I wanted to make my own sky background and was able to get the exact look I wanted with my Clouds Impression Plate. Here's what I whipped up.
Here's everything you need to know in order to participate:
1. Create a card using the sketch as inspiration. Feel free to switch up the shape or size of your card. As long as your project follows the general sketch, you’re good to go! You may play as many times as you want. Each upload will be entered into our weekly drawing, so the more you create - the better chance you have of winning the PRIZE!
2. Upload your project to Taylor's blog, using In Linkz before 8pm PST on Thursday, March 8th. If you also choose to upload your creation to on-line galleries (like SCS), use the keyword TESC153.
3. You’re not required to use TE Stamps on your project, but we love it when you do! And if you’re drawn as our weekly winner and you’ve used TE Stamps on your project you’ll get a little sumpin’ sumpin’ extra!
You won't want to miss seeing samples from the amazing Sketch Crew:
Thanks for stopping by today!

Awesome card Tracy. Love the felt clouds and the hot air balloons. What a clever use of the sketch! The twine and button looks great! I also really like the way you added the greeting! Enjoy your weekend!

I'm glad to know I wasn't the only one who intimidated by this sketch!!! :) Your design is fantastic! I love that you incorporated all the elements, but it still looks very natural. And, the bling on the balloons is fantastic. Thanks for letting me hang with you guys this week!
