Hi there!  Did you miss me?  LOL!  I know it's been a big hustle & bustle out there getting ready for Christmas.   I still can't believe it's THIS coming weekend!  Where does time go?

I had to pop in this week to share this card with you featuring Sweet November's Winter Kid Tess & AmyR's Holiday Greetings sentiment.  I love these new Winter Kids from Amy Young.  They are super cute and I like the smaller size of the images.

 

I had this idea of what I wanted my card to look like, but I had to find the right patterned paper to pull it off.  When I rumagged through my mountain stack of Christmas paper, I found this older paper from October Afternoon and the light bulb went on.  I wanted Tess to look as if she was standing in this quaint neighborhood just feeling the winter air on her face. She's no doubt thinking of something pleasant, like the smell of warm, fresh baked cookies!  Okay, that's what I'm thinking about - always!  LOL! I couldn't resist adding a big ol snowflake to her cute hat.  These over-sized embellies seem to be the latest thing for beanie hats.  I have to admit I ♥ the way they look, however I don't see them looking that way on me. 

I'm not sure I will be posting again this week, so in case I don't I want to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas!

More ATS Sneak Peeks - Sweet November

Welcome back stamping friends!!!  I hope you enjoyed my return to stamping sneak peeks yesterday.  It felt so good to be posting again.  I'm not sure how I managed to sneak the time in though.  Things have started to get busy all of a sudden.  I'm not sure how or why.  I'm almost all done with my holiday shopping.  I did start early, but I've noticed that has backfired on me.  I keep adding "one more thing" and the list seems to have grown!!  LOL!

Oh well, it's a good distraction though.  Okay, so you are here to see a card, right?    Well I have one!  Amy Young has whipped up the cutest winter kids to join the Sweet November family!! 

This winter cutie is Georgia and she is ready to brave the snow filled slops!   There are 3 other friends joining Georgia on this release - Tess, Zach & Max.

I found myself in paper pad overload - too many choices!!!  I went through one of my many 6x6 paper packs and found this adorable lone piece.  I think it's from Echo Park.   I noticed last night while blog hopping Amy Young also used it on another card.  Great minds think alike.  LOL!!  I let my paper make the scene for me.  I added some snowflakes, covered in dazzling diamonds and icicle Stickles for the snowy ground.

Let the sneak peeks begin!!! - ATS December Release

Okay, I'm posting.  Shocker, I know!  Hopefully you are sitting down.  I have missed stamping so much, but the break was needed to be with my family and process the grief over losing my dad.  I think about him constantly and wish I knew he was okay.   I try to take comfort in knowing I will see him again one day.  ♥ you dad!!

It was easy for me to get inspired to stamp again with these adorable new images All That Scraps has lined up to be released this Thursday, Dec. 8th!  Today's sneak peek is all about the love.   I have 2 cards to share with you today.  I'm feeling the love ladies!!!

For the base I used PTI's smokey shadow to compliment the patterned paper from My Mind's Eye - Love Me collection.  You know I loves me some pink!  Do you like her cute heart billboard?   Not only can you stamp any of AmyR's sentiments inside of if (or your own!), but Christine designed a coordinating die just like it!  I didn't get my hands on the die yet, but I have it on my list.  I used my Bow Easy to tie up this gorgeous pink seam binding ribbon.

What could be cuter than a this pink Cu-PIG?!   How about a coordinating sentiment?  Yep, when you purchase this cutie, you will also get the sentiment!  I tried to go for some non-traditional Valentine Day colors.  While I still used the tried and true red, I think I pulled it off. I used some of my trusty TE Project Pantry supplies to help me get started.  Nothing better than having everything figured out for you.   Well maybe one thing..... FREE STAMPS!!!!
