Happy Sketchy Thursday!! I'm telling you it's almost as good as if it were Friday! I've had a pretty busy week, but am happy the weekend is right around the corner. Do you guys have any special plans this weekend? Our summer has been jam packed and I honestly can't say we've done anything super tangible like travel or go anywhere exciting. We are definitely spending more time together as a family and with family - which is always a good thing. Not sure if I mentioned it before, but a friend of my husbands gave us a hamidown trampoline a few weeks ago.
It's been getting A LOT of use and not just by my DD, but my husband & I as well!
Okay, so enough about my summer. You guys want to know who is this weeks featured Sketch Artist. Am I right? Ladies, give it up for................
DONETTE
Seriously I don't think this could be any sweeter! Donette used one of my favorite images from the July BLD release - Watermelon Smile. I love how she scaled the card down and added just a pinch of black to make all of the other colors on the card POP; like the gingham ribbon! Her coloring is simply amazing and I like how she used stickers to spell out her sentiment. Cute! Cute! Cute! CONGRATULATIONS Donette!!!

tracy; most excellent sketch! i'll be back with a card before you can get off of the trampoline, lol!!! we almost bought one, but saved $$ for a small salt water pool instead. just need dh to set it up and then we are gonna cool down, baby!!! yeah!
