Happy Monday Everyone! Normally I wouldn't put happy & Monday in the same sentence, but today I am especially grateful. Today I am an official employee of the company I've been contracting at for the past 10 months! I'm SUPER happy about this. Not only does that mean a regular salary, but health benefits and paid time off!!!
I don't know if any of you have ever been out of work, but these are not things to take for granted!! I pray that I never have to be without them again!
This cutie is from my BSFF, Michele H. She knows me so well. She got me this adorable stamp and a Starbucks gift card for Christmas. Thanks again my friend!!!! I broke out my Life is Good paper from Echo Park after being inspired by THIS card from Jodi Collins. For some reason this paper reminds me of ice cream and desserts.
I used dark chocolate card stock from Papertrey Ink for my base. I love their card stock. It's the perfect weight for a sturdy card. I paper pieced her dress with the opposing side of one of the patterned papers and added diamond glaze to the cherry and her shoes.
Well peeps, I must be off. I have to go fill out all of my new hire paper work. Fun!

Tracy, congrats!!! I am so happy for you....we must go out and celebrate!! If anyone could have survived the last year or so, it would be you....I knew it would all work out! To top if off, another cute, cute card!!
